July 2012 Weather for Ireland

thundery July for 2012 with a lot of heavy showers but some warm sunshine too The temperatures will be above normal too for the month as a result.

The month will start as it means to go on with sunshine interupted by thundery outbreaks as a result of a stable but slack low pressure systems over or close to Ireland. From time to time the low will move away allowing more in the way of sunshine but no prolonged heatwaves are predicted for July. Best of any warm spells will be in the South and the East of the country.

Temperatures will be 16 to 21c for week one, 18 to 22c week two, 17 to 19c week three and to end the month 17 to 20c. This will result in a warmer but wetter July than is average.
